IHK specialist in company training

What an achievement, Anke! Congratulations.

From September 2024 to May 2025, Anke van de Sande participated in the "Fit for the Future of Training" trainer training camp, demonstrating great initiative and enthusiasm for her subject. After all, to motivate trainees, one must demonstrate genuine intrinsic motivation — and that's exactly what she did.

She invested a total of almost 90 hours in one-day and two-day seminars, contributing her own ideas, thinking ahead and exchanging ideas with other trainers from the Oldenburger Land Chamber of Industry and Commerce. The seminars with inspiring lecturers also provided space for self-reflection and networking among the committed trainers. This resulted in many good discussions, new perspectives and practical suggestions.

At the end of June, Anke successfully completed the training camp in a colloquium and can now officially call herself an “IHK specialist in company training”.

Her final presentation focused on a topic close to her heart: "Motivating Trainees: Improving Communication Using the Project Method." Anyone who knows Anke knows that she is not just interested in theory, but is genuinely enthusiastic about young people and their development.

We simply wanted to say "thank you" for her commitment with flowers from our garden. They may not be large, but they are presented with all the more heart.
