International experience for our trainees – an important step toward the future!

Gaining practical experience in an international setting means more than just learning new work processes – it opens up new perspectives, strengthens personal skills and broadens professional horizons. Our trainees Julia and Emely are currently taking advantage of exactly this opportunity during their internships abroad.

What lies ahead for them:

Julia in Austria: Deepening her training as a chemical laboratory technician and gaining practical experience in an international laboratory setting.
Emely in Italy: Completing her international internship as an industrial clerk as part of her additional qualification as a European business clerk and gaining international insights into business processes.
New perspectives: Both are learning about new ways of working, cultures and mindsets.
